Model of antimonopoly regulation: attempt of critical analysis

Abstract:
In the present article by means of the analysis of the subject, purposes, functions, basic categories of the antimonopoly law original maintenance and essence of antimonopoly regulation as way of influence on public interests and public order are defined. As a result of research of model of antimonopoly regulation in interrelation with adjacent spheres of the state activity the measures which application contradicts essence of antimonopoly regulation come to light.
