Features of antimonopoly regulation of the credit organizations in Russia

Abstract:
The author of article considers that the participant of the credit market not always abuses the leading position and has negative influence on the market. The Russian legislation establishes for the financial organizations more rigid control over agreements which they conclude. In article consider two key lines of activity of an antimonopoly policy concerning the credit organizations, their features and responsibility for realization of anticompetitive actions in the financial market.
