LMW factor in international competitivenes of the education industry

Abstract: The author examines the issue of providing and evaluating the international competitiveness of the national education sector, and substantiates influence of the factors of language, immigration flow and labor market development on international competitiveness. In assessing the degrees of influence of these three factors, the author use qualitative methods of peer review and calculation of the indexed rate. This article contains recommendations for public authorities to integrate the factors of language, immigration and labor, while ensuring the competitiveness of the national education system.
