Abstract: In this paper the problem of justified reproduction of tractors, agricultural Russia. Astructural analysis of the acquired and written off vehicles in agricultural enterprises. Represented by the matrix of the competitive advantages of domestic and imported vehicles on the market. Analyzed the market situation of tractors in Russia and the directions of development. Proposed and economically feasible directions of technical modernization of agriculture.
