Economic instruments of state regulation of competition in the oil market

Abstract:
The article describes the main economic instruments of state regulation, are currently in use in the oil market. Revealed that the market is not enough competitive, has displays of regional monopolies, the disparity of oil-date, which proves the effectiveness of the lack of government policy in this area. Show the direction of improvement of such instruments of state regulation at the federal and regional levels, as the formation of price indicators for petroleum products, exchange trade, customs and tax policy, the implementation of trade interventions.
