Competence approach to organizing the educational process as an important competitive advantage modern university

Abstract: This article discusses the practical implementation of the requirements of the competency approach in organizing the basic elements of the educational process of the university. Argued the scientific position, according to which the real orientation of the university on this approach ensures a significant competitive advantage by improving the image in the eyes of both the students and their future employers.
