Prospects for the development of IPO market in Russia

Abstract: In the article on the broad of theoretical material and statistical analysis of the Russian and foreign research, the author provides an overview of the current state of the IPO market in Russia and prospects of its development. The author reveals the problems hindering the development of this segment of the financial market. On the basis of secondary data and the experts of the investment environment, a detailed analysis of the current state of the sector IPO is made. At the end of the article, the author identifies the main areas requiring change, and methods for their modernization, the development of the financial industry.
