Abstract: In the article the problem of formation of the park forage harvesters agricultural organizations in Russia. The structural analysis of the acquisition and use of the park forage harvesters agricultural enterprises. Sustainable competitive advantages of domestic and imported vehicles on the Russian market forage equipment. The directions of technical modernization of forage production in the framework of the State program of agricultural development and regulation of agricultural products, raw materials and food for 2013–2020 subject to the restrictions WTO.
