Abstract:
Today in our social order, we discuss the concept of “information society”. The reason of this discussion is that the knowledge and information are the key components in human behavior. Science that is the most efficient way for learning in the social order is discussed in the perspective of post-modernism. And the discussions are focused on how the function of science is and how this function should be. In this respect, all over the world, especially in under-developed countries, science should be placed in focus of the social form by a social policy.
