Abstract:
Twin deficit hypothesis is a phenomenon came up with there is a relation between budget deficit and current account deficit. Whether there is causality relation between these two means of evidence and, if there is a relation, searching course of causality is critically important. Actuality of twin deficit hypothesis and interaction between budget deficit and current account deficit is positive have been determinative at economic policies of open economies. There isn’t a consensus at studies about twin deficit hypothesis. Coming upon is possible both Classical Approach which accepted actuality of theory and Ricardo’s Equivalence Hypothesis which come up with there isn’t a relation between budget deficit and current account deficit. Also Monetary Approach holds a place in studies about this caseuous.
