Abstract:
As a result of the globalization process, the world has become a single market; in addition to this, only one production platform has emerged producing similar products and services. Companies need to make innovation about price, product, process, experience, marketing to make these products preferred. No matter what types of innovations are handled, the important thing is to use the advantages of various environmental situations effectively for the firm’s well being. Without being different, vicious cycle will not be ended. To focus on different innovation forms, management innovation is a must. The aim of this study is to handle the importance of management innovation and the need for it in practice and analyze the effects of it on developing management concept.
