Abstract:
It is very likely to come across a number of studies suggesting that mentoring has a positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and socialization, and communication, information sharing and learning. This research particularly focuses on whether employee self efficacy as a personality trait could be promoted by means of mentoring. With the participation of 110 employees working in a technopolis in Ankara, the study revealed that there was a relationship between two mentoring sub-dimensions (career and psychosocial) and self-efficacy sub-dimensions: soldier on, constant effortinsist beliefs.
