Abstract:
Process consulting; By focusing on the client's vision problems that exist around human relations process itself, which helps the development of diagnostic and production capacity so that the solution is conceptually defined as a current organizational development techniques showing improvement. The health authorities of the output is about human, not to forgive errors, the necessity of such high level co-ordination of investment and operating costs due to organizational features in other business areas are separated from business operations and services. This study demonstrated that the health care workers of process consulting and general approaches to health institutions in organizational and managerial process elements for the implementation of features supports the applicability of the process of consultation, by analyzing quantitative data obtained by means of the survey application has tried to determine. The results of the research shows us the organizational and management process item properties supports the applicability of process consulting at the university hospital. Employees and management share the same idea on this. Health professionals and other employees also seem to have similar thoughts with no major conflicts. Research also shows us the healthcare employees think positively about process consulting and management.
