Abstract: Abstract The comprehensive rural revitalization strategy is accelerating the development of advanced entrepreneurial talent through higher vocational education. However, current efforts remain misaligned with the actual needs of rural industrial development. Drawing on domestic and international research on entrepreneurship education models, this paper analyzes existing provisions and rural talent requirements, introducing a Five-Dimensional Identification framework. This framework encompasses rural entrepreneurial mindset, opportunity, business environment, resource, and behavioral identification, with a tripartite indicator system and an evaluation protocol. Validated through curriculum redesign, platform development, and ecosystem building in Tieling, Liaoning Province, this study contributes a validated measurement framework and provides data-driven insights for designing personalized interventions in rural entrepreneurship education, while acknowledging the methodological limitations inherent in the single-group design. It benefits both to theoretical understanding and practical approaches for aligning vocational training with the imperatives of rural revitalization.
