Abstract: Abstract This study examines the influence of transformational leadership, ethical climate, and organizational commitment on the performance of air force units. Data collected from 119 personnel in Makassar, Indonesia, were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).
