Abstract: Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Modeling Customer Satisfaction on Revisit Intention at a dining restaurant in Surabaya. The research model using structural equations was tested with partial least squares (PLS) on 267 respondents who were dining restaurant customers in Surabaya. This study shows that the antecedent of customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Variety Seeking Tendency, Trust, and Restaurant Reputation positive affect Revisit Intention. Service Quality and Food Quality have no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Atmospherics, Other Customers, and Perceived Value significantly affect Customer Satisfaction.
