Abstract:
Abstract When it comes to the digital economy, enterprises also imperceptibly affect the relationship between labor relations in the new economy and the traditional labor relations also began to exist in many differences. The digital industry brought by digital economy has brought new jobs. The number of jobs is increasing, but the quality of jobs also needs to be further improved. The text adopts the method of SWOT,the impact of the digital economy on employment is examined from four perspectives in this research: advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats. The new jobs have a great impact on the tradition. While bringing new jobs, some traditional jobs are being replaced, and the number of people who have been replaced further forms the difficulty of reemployment.
