Abstract: Abstract The purpose of writing this article is to conduct a literature review, on 6 (six) Articles related to leadership style on employee performance. The main supporting element in health services is Human Resources (HR). In order to create positive motivation that will lead to the maximum intention and effort (performance), supported by organizational facilities, a leader in the organization must be able to create a harmonious integration with his subordinates. This integration must also include fostering cooperation, directing, and encouraging the work passion of the subordinates. The analysis of the six articles revealed that five of them all came to the same conclusion—that a good leadership style influences employee performance—while only one claimed there was little to no effect. It is concluded that there is no one best leadership approach and that as long as you follow the reality of the situation and prioritize employee welfare, everything will work out well.
