Abstract: Abstract Scientific and reasonable decision-making mechanism is an important guarantee to ensure the correct direction and path of major project innovation. This paper systematically analyzes the relevant theories and concepts of innovation decision-making and major project decision-making, puts forward the decision-making system of major project innovation and analyzes its connotation, and further puts forward the main structure, decision-making demonstration and decision-making methods of major project innovation decision-making, providing theoretical and methodological reference for major project innovation decision-making.
