Abstract: Abstract With the business transformation and upgrading in logistics industry, the requisition of talent competencies has changed in recent years. It’s important to identify the talent competence for supporting development of the industry. This paper used mixed method such as content analysis and questionnaire survey. Data was processed with the statistical tools of Factor analysis and variance analysis. As a result, a general competence modal was set up and the new requirement for talents’ competencies was identified.
