Abstract: Abstract This paper is based on the legal provisions of personal data protection and analyzes the possible legal risks in the use of customer data and corresponding management strategies. The paper analyzes the cases of customer data privacy protection in China and abroad, and draws on the experience of typical enterprises in protecting customer data privacy. Based on practice, the paper analyzes the risks of data application in key areas such as collection, retention, use, and circulation, and proposes corresponding prevention methods and management strategies.
