Abstract: Abstract This study takes smart logistics as the core perspective, and deeply discusses the optimization and management strategy of tobacco terminal supply chain to meet the challenges faced by today’s tobacco industry. By analyzing the current situation and problems of tobacco terminal supply chain, this paper puts forward targeted optimization strategies, and strives to provide new ideas and methods for the sustainable development of tobacco industry.
