Abstract: Abstract This study ran for to explain the role of business strategy, based on the Tri Hita Karana (THK) concept, in moderating the influence of government support and environmental orientation on the sustainable business performance of Traditional Ikat Weaving Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Bali. The sample size was decided by the utilisation of a purposive sampling approach, resulting in the selection of 130 managers from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) involved in traditional weaving. The analytical approach being used here is Path Analysis using Structural Equation Modelling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings indicate that both government assistance and a focus on the environment have a favourable and significant effect on the operational efficiency of sustainable enterprises. Furthermore, the business plan created by Tri Hita Karana saw a substantial and beneficial influence from both governmental support and a focus on environmental considerations. The adoption of Tri Hita Karana’s business plan has a favourable and substantial impact on the company’s long-term sustainability. The business model of Tri Hita Karana can serve as a mediator between government support, environmental focus, and the sustained economic success of traditional ikat weaving small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Bali. Furthermore, to enhance their ability to achieve long-term success in business, it is crucial for these small and medium-sized firms (SMEs) to further enhance their focus on environmental concerns and adopt business strategies that align with the concept of Tri Hita Karana (THK).
