Abstract: Abstract With the further aging aggravation of China, the expectation of residents for the installation of elevators in existing residential buildings has also become increasingly strong. The installation of elevators in community housing has become a focus of people’s livelihood, and has gradually become an important work of government public management. The installation of elevators has become a major livelihood work throughout the country. This paper analyses the demands of different subjects based on the questionnaire survey to enable the demands of key subjects in the project implementation process to be met. The paper gives the solutions of strengthening policy guidance, improving fund plan, and intensifying communication and cooperation to effectively solve the conflicts among different interest-related parties.
