Abstract:
Abstract This paper focuses on the “Modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity”, which was put forward by General Secretary Xi this year, based on the theory of grass-roots governance and the background of big data, this paper analyzes and summarizes the current digital and intelligent governance system and capability of grass-roots society, this paper points out the significance, predicament and improvement path of digital intelligent governance, and analyzes that big data is the breakthrough of constructing grass-roots social governance and improving grass-roots intelligent governance ability, it is the key element of strengthening and innovating the grass-roots governance in the new era in our country, and its predicament mainly lies in the problems of outmoded ideology, shortage of talents related to digital technology and inadequate transitional management, etc., after the application of digital idea and integral governance theory, hope to provide help for the construction of digital intelligent governance at the grass-roots level.
