Abstract This study presents a comprehensive strategic analysis of Apple Inc., aiming to elucidate the methodologies that investors and managers can employ to assess and refine corporate strategies. By integrating a blend of qualitative and quantitative research methods alongside established theoretical frameworks such as SWOT, PESTEL, and Porter’s Five Forces, the analysis offers an in-depth examination of Apple’s strategic positioning within the global technology market. Through the lens of Apple’s innovation-centric approach, market influence, internal capabilities, and the external competitive landscape, the research highlights the significance of strategic planning in navigating the complexities of today’s business environment. Key findings demonstrate Apple’s adeptness at leveraging its strengths to capitalize on market opportunities while mitigating threats and weaknesses, thereby ensuring its sustained competitive advantage.
