Abstract: Abstract The construction of smart communities is an important part of the construction of smart China. However, there are still some problems in the construction of smart communities in China, such as lack of participation or lack of trust from the clients. How to make all parties support the construction of smart communities has become one of the most important research topics. In this paper, by exploring the cooperative relationship among the participants, a tripartite game model in the construction of smart community is established, and the cost impact and core stakeholders’ income is analyzed. The results of tripartite game show that in the construction of smart communities, moderate government incentives and preferential services from different providers will help all parties to play a synergistic role and jointly support the construction of smart communities.
