Abstract: Abstract This paper examines the growth and transformation of the Indonesian real estate sector, highlighting the challenges faced by potential buyers due to the absence of a Geographic Information System (GIS)-based platform. To address this issue, the study proposes the development of a GIS-based property market information system that incorporates user-centered design principles and GIS technology. By employing the Design Thinking approach, the research aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of property market systems in Indonesia, facilitating informed decision-making for buyers. The platform will provide users with organized property details including prices, facilities, and locations. The outcomes of this study will contribute to the advancement of real estate industry knowledge and offer valuable insights for practitioners.
