Abstract: Abstract Batuagung Village, with its strategic location in the middle of Negara City, offers very interesting tourism potential. Gelar River, Puncak JR, and the natural beauty of the countryside are the main attractions for tourists. This research aims to analyze the implementation of community-based tourism in Batuagung Village. Through interviews, observation, documentation, and distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents (domestic tourists and community leaders), data was obtained which was then analyzed descriptively using IPA (performance analysis) techniques. The results of the analysis show that Batuagung Village has attempted to implement the concept of community-based tourism, but there are still several aspects that need to be improved. This can be seen from the overall suitability value which only reached 73%, which indicates that there is a gap between the management performance and community expectations. To improve the performance of tourism managers, it is necessary to focus on the promotion dimension and positive impact on society, because these two dimensions receive the lowest ratings. An effective promotional strategy can be achieved by highlighting the uniqueness of local culture and utilizing digital technology as a promotional medium.
