Abstract: Abstract With the globalization of the economy and the intensification of market competition, SMEs are facing many challenges in the process of development. Supply chain finance, as an emerging financing model, provides effective financial support for SMEs; while public management plays an important role in optimizing the business environment and promoting the development of SMEs. This paper discusses the interactive relationship between supply chain finance and public management, and analyzes how both can jointly promote the development of SMEs.
