Abstract:
Abstract Scientific evaluation of the high-quality development of urban cultural industry has important practical guidance value for further exerting the leading and exemplary role of the city. This paper takes Dalian’s cultural industry as an example to identify and evaluate the efficiency and constraints of urban cultural industry development. On the basis of drawing on the experience of high-quality development of cultural industries in other advanced cities, a path for achieving high-quality development of urban cultural industry has been proposed: highlighting digital culture, creative economy, integration of culture and tourism and institutional innovation.
