Abstract:
Abstract Study provided here aiming for identifying Balinese customers regarding local services provided by local people in the hospitality industry. This was done in response to the rapid development of the hospitality sector in Bali, which creates challenge for the local people. The theories used were the theory of management as well as planned behavior theory. This study’s categorization belongs to quantitative, employing a survey design. A survey was conducted using 29 items of questions provided via Google Forms. The results were considered positive from the customers’ perspectives, implying that local services in Bali must be maintained. Furthermore, management should understand the importance of maintaining high standards for local services to ensure customer satisfaction.
