Abstract: Abstract In recent years, as frontier governance becomes a strategy of national development, the degree of synergy in frontier areas is deepening. As an important guarantee of the integration process, collaborative emergency gradually becomes a topic of common concern. Based on the theory and practice of collaborative emergency management about frontier areas, this paper systematically analyzes the current situation and problems of collaborative emergency management, and constructs the structural model to propose the related policy suggestions for the collaborative emergency management. It not only has important theoretical significance, but also has realistic practical value to promote the integration of the frontier areas and enhance the ability of collaborative emergency management.
