Abstract: Abstract This article mainly introduces the practical experience of Spain’s IBERDOROLA, Italy’s Enel, as well as top energy and power enterprises at home and abroad such as the National Energy Group and State Grid Shanghai Electric Power Company. Therefore, it is believed that there are the following inspirations for energy and power enterprises to build world-class enterprises: first, to strengthen the integration and development of energy technology and digital technology; second, to take reform as an important path to enhance vitality and strive for excellence; third, to strengthen modern management and continuously improve the value creation ability of enterprises.
