Abstract: Abstract Traditionally, contract drafting has been the responsibility of lawyers or attorneys, as they are more professional, familiar with laws and regulations, and able to avoid potential disputes. Nowadays, many enterprises have begun to utilize AI-generated contracts to provide users with such services. In this research, it will uncover the current status of SMEs’ investment and application of AI technology in their journey towards contract digitalization, and identify the potential risks that SMEs face when operating contract generation platforms. To mitigate these challenges, the research applies the ISO 31000 and ISO/IEC 23894:2023 guidelines to propose targeted strategies. In the main time the research provide the recommendations include enhancing professional training to improve team competence, establishing dynamic legal clause update mechanisms to ensure compliance, and improving user experience through intuitive interface designs and detailed guides. Empirical tests confirm that these strategies effectively reduce risks while enhancing system performance and user satisfaction.
