Abstract:
Abstract The article discusses the core role of technological innovation in China’s steel industry in achieving the goal of carbon neutrality, emphasizing its importance for environmental sustainability and economic growth. Through literature review and Citespace analysis, key research areas around innovation, carbon emissions, and the impact of the steel industry on carbon neutrality are identified. The research highlights the key role of policy in promoting sustainable industry development and achieving the goal of net-zero CO2 emissions by 2060. The methodology includes data collection from databases and analysis of keyword relationships. The findings reveal eight key research clusters, highlighting the significant role of technological innovation in reducing emissions and promoting renewable energy. The article concludes that carbon neutrality is crucial for economic and social progress, requiring cooperation between the government and the industry to meet the demands of the global low-carbon economy.
