A chapter in Proceedings of the 2024 6th International Conference on Economic Management and Model Engineering (ICEMME 2024), 2025, pp 344-350 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Using a panel dataset of 901 listed companies in China from 2009 to 2019, the paper employs the time-varying difference-in-differences method to test the influence of digital technology innovation on productivity gaps, and also uses propensity score matching to test for robustness. This study not only clarifies the relationship between digital technology innovation and the productivity gap among firms, but also provides ideas for future research.
