Abstract: Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of experience quality and personality traits on revisit intention and customer satisfaction as a mediation. The research population is all visitors who want to revisit Menganti Beach tourism after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research sample was 225 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The results show that experience quality and personality traits affect visitor satisfaction, in experience quality and personality traits affect revisit intention. Visitor satisfaction is also able to mediate between experience quality and personality traits on revisit intention. The conclusion of the study shows that revisit intention can occur if visitors have a quality experience from the visit as well as personality traits that reflect a willingness to return with satisfaction received from previous visits.
