Abstract:
Abstract This study investigates the factors influencing Hollywood film revenue by utilizing a multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis considers variables such as production budgets, director characteristics, genre, release date, runtime, and audience ratings. The findings highlight significant predictors of revenue, providing actionable insights for filmmakers, producers, and investors. The results emphasize the importance of financial investment, directorial reputation, strategic release timing, and genre preferences in maximizing box office returns. By understanding these factors, stakeholders can make informed decisions to enhance profitability in the competitive entertainment industry.
