Abstract:
Abstract This paper aims to explore the path selection and influencing factors faced by social entrepreneurial enterprises in the process of realizing sustainable development. As an emerging force to promote social progress and solve social problems, the sustainable development of social entrepreneurial enterprises is not only related to the growth of enterprises themselves, but also has a far-reaching impact on social welfare and environmental protection. Through the literature review, case analysis and empirical research, this paper is a detailed analysis of the sustainable development path of social entrepreneurial enterprises, including innovation strategy, resource integration, market development, social responsibility, etc., and further discusses the key factors affecting these paths, such as policy environment, market demand, technological innovation, organizational culture, etc. Finally, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable development of social entrepreneurial enterprises, in order to provide reference for researchers and practitioners in related fields.
