Abstract:
Abstract Carbon quota allocation is a key part of China’s efforts to realize carbon emission reduction. How to rationally allocate carbon quotas to maximize the benefits between government and enterprises is the research objective of this paper. In this paper, by constructing a static game model between the government and enterprises, establishing a mathematical model, optimizing the strategy, and studying how the government can scientifically and reasonably formulate the carbon quota allocation policy to maximize the enterprises on the basis of scientific and technological emission reduction, taking into account the comprehensive benefits of the government and enterprises.
