Abstract:
Abstract In recent years, the business model of live streaming has developed rapidly, showing a popular trend and trend. With the continuous optimization and adjustment of policies, the continuous recovery of the market, the change of values, the continuous progress of science and technology, the increase of media attention, and the gradual standardization of laws, the live broadcasting industry is showing a thriving scene. Taking Kuaishou Technology Company as an example, this paper analyzes its external environmental factors in the six dimensions of politics, economy, society, technology, environment and law. It is found that Kuaishou has demonstrated strong environmental adaptability by actively responding to national policies, optimizing supply chain management, enhancing user interaction, increasing investment in technology research and development, promoting green consumption and abiding by laws and regulations.
