In recent years, digital music has developed rapidly. With economic growth, the proliferation of the internet, and the increase in smart devices, the digital music market has quickly risen. People can listen to and download music through various music platforms anytime and anywhere. Digital music has become the mainstream way of music consumption. However, as digital virtual music develops, more and more issues are gradually emerging, and the problem of digital music infringement is becoming increasingly serious. The development of digital music faces significant challenges. Based on this, this article will use case analysis to explore the responsibility distribution issues in the copyright infringement case of “The Coming One” and provide recommendations by drawing on relevant existing foreign laws.
