Abstract:
Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has hit various sectors of life, including the economy in Indonesia. The severity of the impact is rumored to have disrupted economic stability, especially in the regions. For this reason, this study needs to study and assess how strong the impact affects the regional economy as reviewed from the performance of Household Consumption and Health as a contributor to the regional economy in Indonesia. Using 136 observations from 34 provinces during the period from 2018 to 2021 in Indonesia, the Wilcoxon Test proved that there was no change in the performance of Household Consumption and Health to be able to shake the regional economy both before and during the COVID-19 period.
