Abstract: Abstract This paper explores the theoretical and practical aspects of supply chain finance (SCF) as applied to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the automotive industry, considering the challenges of the current economic landscape. It begins with an in-depth analysis of the theoretical framework of SCF, laying a solid foundation for subsequent discussions. The study then examines the financial challenges and opportunities faced by SMEs in the automotive sector, providing a detailed assessment of their current financing environment. Building on this analysis, the paper proposes an innovative SCF-based financing model tailored to the automotive industry. This model is designed to optimize cash flow, lower financing costs, and enhance supply chain efficiency. The findings contribute to the existing body of knowledge on SCF while offering fresh perspectives for SMEs in the automotive sector to achieve sustainable growth amid a complex market environment. Looking ahead, this research underscores the importance of advancing the application of SCF within SMEs in the automotive industry. By fostering financial innovation and supporting industrial transformation, the continued evolution of SCF has the potential to drive long-term development and competitiveness in the sector.
