Abstract: Abstract Core cities play a vital leading role in regional collaborative innovation and development. It is of great significance to promote regional integration, promote the development of new quality productive forces, gather and guide market forces, deepen reform and optimize market-oriented mechanisms. This paper deeply analyzes the role and function of core cities in regional collaborative innovation and development, which provides an important reference for deeply understanding the strategic positioning of core cities in the new period.
