Abstract: Abstract This article discusses innovative strategies to increase parking revenue as a sustainable source of regional original revenue (PAD) in Makassar City. This research uses SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in parking management. The main challenges faced include limited parking space, revenue leakage due to illegal parking, and manual and inefficient management. Some of the proposed strategies include increasing parking capacity through the construction of multi-store parking lots, integrating digital payment systems, improving security, and promoting innovative and modern services. In addition, the implementation of e-parking and collaboration with the private sector are also proposed to improve transparency, accountability, and management efficiency. The results show that the implementation of these strategies can significantly increase parking revenue, as well as contribute to more sustainable PAD growth. This study concludes that more innovative, technology-oriented, and integrated parking management with city policies has great potential to increase PAD in Makassar City if done effectively and thoroughly.
