Abstract:
Abstract This research aims to obtain (1) a description of the level of job satisfaction, (2) a description of the level of emotional intelligence, (3) a description of the level of employee performance, (4) the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance (5) the influence of emotional intelligence on performance employees, and (6) the influence of job satisfaction and emotional intelligence on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample with 74 people. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression using SPSS 25.0 for Windows computer software. The research results show that (1) job satisfaction is in the very high category, (2) emotional intelligence is in the high category, (3) employee performance is in the high category, (4) job satisfaction has an influence on employee performance, (5) intelligence emotions have an influence on employee performance, (6) job satisfaction and emotional intelligence simultaneously influence employee performance.
