Abstract: Abstract Strategic control is essential for effectively implementing and adapting strategies in non-profit organizations. This study examines the impact of integrating three strategic control models—Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2015, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and the 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX)—on the performance of LAZ DT Peduli, a zakat institution. Using a case study approach with interviews, observations, document analysis, and questionnaires, the findings reveal that these models enhance operational efficiency, transparency, accountability, and strategic alignment. QMS improves process quality and compliance, BSC ensures alignment with strategic goals through comprehensive performance monitoring, and 4DX focuses on executing key objectives through accountability and measurable actions. The study highlights the novelty of integrating these models within a single non-profit framework. Recommendations include increasing audit frequency, setting SMART targets, fostering integrated strategy models, and conducting regular accountability meetings. These in-sights provide practical guidance for improving strategic management practices in similar organizations.
