Abstract: Abstract Organizations must invest in building employee resilience to enhance performance, ensure adaptability, improve well-being, and maintain long-term sustainability. Resilient employees form the backbone of resilient organizations, enabling them to thrive amidst challenges and uncertainties in the digital age. The objective of this study is to analyze global research trends on employee resilience using bibliometric analysis. By systematically reviewing a decade’s worth of bibliographic data from the Scopus database, this study aims to map the evolution of research in this field, identify key contributors, and propose future research directions. A total of 275 documents were retrieved, with 127 selected for bibliometric analysis using Biblioshiny in R Studio. This study examines leading countries and authors, and the most cited works in employee resilience research. The findings provide valuable insights into the academic landscape of employee resilience, highlighting its growing importance in organizational behavior research. The results serve as a foundation for further exploration, emphasizing the increasing relevance of employee resilience in addressing global workplace challenges.
